Privacy Policy

How Black Core Acquisitions collects, uses, shares, and protects information submitted through the website and property review form.

Reviewed by Black Core Acquisitions | July 26, 2026

This policy describes information practices for the Black Core Acquisitions website, operated by Black Core Acquisitions LLC, and its property review form. It does not replace any privacy notice or data terms provided as part of a later transaction.

Information we collect

When you request a property review, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, street or parcel location, city, state, county, ZIP code, property type, condition, occupancy, foreclosure context, preferred timeline, estimated mortgage or lien amount, asking price, authorization confirmation, communication-consent selection, and additional details you choose to provide.

The website and its service providers may also process campaign parameters, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, browser and device information, IP address, security events, error reports, and other technical usage information.

How information is used

Information may be used for general intake, manual jurisdiction review, property evaluation, inquiry communications, follow-up tasks, transaction due diligence, customer support, website security, error diagnosis, analytics, recordkeeping, opt-out administration, and legal compliance.

Submitting a property does not create a contract, confirm that a transaction is available in a jurisdiction, or require you to complete a transaction.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared with vendors that support website hosting, CRM and record storage, email, telephone or SMS delivery where enabled, call tracking where enabled, analytics and error monitoring, security, property research, title or closing review, legal compliance, and transaction evaluation. Vendors are expected to use information only for the services they provide to Black Core Acquisitions LLC.

If a prospective buyer, title company, closing provider, attorney, or other proposed transaction participant may become involved, relevant property and contact information may be shared for that evaluation or process with appropriate notice. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Black Core Acquisitions LLC does not sell or rent personal information submitted through the property form. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing.

Cookies, analytics, and communication technology

The website may use necessary cookies, local or session storage, first-party analytics events, campaign attribution, diagnostic reporting, and security technology. These tools help maintain sessions, preserve source information, measure form activity, identify errors, and protect the service.

The current property form does not request consent for unrelated promotional campaigns. If advertising pixels, cross-context behavioral advertising, or materially different tracking practices are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before use.

Calls, texts, and mobile information

Submitting the form requests manually initiated inquiry contact. A separate optional checkbox records consent to calls or texts about the submitted property using automated technology where permitted. Consent to automated contact is not a condition of receiving a property review.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact support@blackcoreacquisitions.com to change communication preferences. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not provided to third parties for their independent marketing.

Retention and security

Inquiry information may be retained while a review or communication remains active. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document and honor communication choices. Transaction, tax, title, dispute, and compliance records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required, while diagnostic and security logs may follow shorter operational cycles.

Records should be reviewed periodically and deleted, anonymized, or restricted when no longer reasonably needed. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit Social Security numbers, loan or bank account numbers, credentials, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive documents through the initial form.

Your choices and privacy questions

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; ask how information has been used or disclosed; or request that communications stop. Black Core Acquisitions LLC may need to verify identity through the submitted email, phone number, property information, or other reasonable confirmation before acting on a request.

Send requests to support@blackcoreacquisitions.com with the subject 'Privacy Request' and describe the requested action. Some information may be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, transaction, consent, opt-out, or recordkeeping purposes. This policy may be updated as practices or requirements change; the reviewed date identifies the current version.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults handling real estate matters and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information through the property form if you are not authorized to communicate about the property.
